Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai's competitive market. The ideal candidate will excel in managing Meta ad campaigns and Google Ads, while developing robust marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and budget management. - Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization. - Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience analysis, and channel integration. - Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to derive actionable insights. - Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign alignment. - Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape in the Dubai region. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically within Dubai or a similar high-growth market. - Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads platform and certification (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification) is highly desirable. - Strong conceptual understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy, from awareness to conversion and retention. - Proficiency in data analysis and KPI reporting, with the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations. - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Arabic language proficiency is a plus. - Familiarity with the Dubai consumer market, local regulations, and cultural nuances in advertising.
