## Role & Responsibilities - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers. - Conduct property viewings and market property listings. - Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure smooth transactions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. ## Required Skills - Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate sales. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). - Proficient in property management software and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
